Kent Donaldson ('90)

Kent Donaldson is a 1990 graduate of Truman State University. He earned a bachelor of science degree in economics from Truman, a bachelor of science in accounting from Upper Iowa University in 2003 and an M.B.A. from Drake University in 1994. He works as a project manager for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in Des Moines, Iowa, and his previous work experience includes accounting positions at Marsh, Robert Half International, Principal Global Investors and William Penn University. 

Kent, who grew up in Colchester, Ill., now resides in Urbandale, Iowa, and has served as the treasurer of Truman's Iowa Alumni Chapter for more than 10 years. He is also active with his Truman fraternity, Lambda Chi Alpha, and has served as secretary of the fraternity's House Holding Corporation and its Alumni Association. In addition, Kent has served as chapter advisor, member of the Alumni Control Board, and secretary for the Alumni Board for the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity at Iowa State University, and he is a member of the Simpson College Alumni Control Board.

He has one daughter, Taylor, and he enjoys attending Taylor’s soccer games and music performances. He is the vice president of vocal for the Performing Arts Booster Club at Urbandale High School. He also enjoys traveling and photography.
