Jessica (Neighbors) Hill

Jessica (Neighbors) Hill (’99) is the 2-1-1 Resource Specialist for the Community Service Council of Greater Tulsa.

Prior to her current position, she served as the intergovernmental relations administrator for the Tulsa Mayor’s Citizen Corps, a volunteer program with the City of Tulsa. Prior to that, she served as the assistant director and acting director of public relations at Oral Roberts University.

At Truman, Jessica was a communications major with a minor in public administration, and she also received an M.A. in management. Her parents and several family members are also Truman alumni, and Jessica says she is honored to serve on the Truman Alumni Association Board of Directors.

Originally from Washington, Mo., Jessica resides in Tulsa, Okla., with her husband, Jason. They have a son, Jacob, and a daughter, Caitlin.
