Alumni and friends are invited to share their wisdom and advice by participating in the Truman Connections Mentoring Program, a network that provides career information and advice to current Truman students. The University currently has hundreds of alumni participating in the program, which allows mentors to choose how they would like to assist students. Some of the ways mentors are currently assisting students is by:
Offering advice regarding resumes
Sharing info on how they landed their first job
Giving information on a particular career or industry
Providing graduate and professional school information
Providing job shadowing opportunities
