Truman Review Winter 2002 - Homecoming

Homecoming 2002 was one of the best Homecomings in recent history as a record crowd of more than 1,000 alumni and friends came together on the Truman campus the weekend of Oct. 11-13. The festivities kicked off on Friday, Oct. 11, with a free Estate-Planning Seminar/Brunch followed by the Annual Bulldog Classic Golf Tournament. On Friday evening, hundreds of alumni and friends gathered for the Alumni and Friends Celebration Banquet. Saturday was also filled with activities for alumni starting with the Annual 5K Run in the morning and the Homecoming Parade down Franklin Street. This year, reunion luncheons honored Golden Alumni (those who graduated in 1952 or earlier), the Classes of 1962, 1972, 1977, 1982, and Young Alumni (those who graduated in 1992-2002). Alumni, family and friends of all ages came together at the All Alumni Mixer on Saturday evening.
